Atlantic Construction & Management Inc.’s philosophy is to build bridges between the client and the contractor.  Atlantic’s founder, Suresh Bhatia, is personally involved with each client and firmly believes that there is always a middle ground for each and every situation.

Mr. Bhatia is a LEED® certified Massachusetts registered Professional Engineer. He is also an OSHA trained licensed Construction Supervisor. His thirty three years experience in the local market facilitate clients make sound decisions relating to the design, construction and value engineering of their projects. 

Atlantic’s staff is highly and uniquely qualified to assist clients in providing the best practices and methods for various industries including institutional, health, retail, hospitality and office.  We provide a full range of pre-construction and general contracting services.  Quality, cost and schedule is paramount to us and we ensure that our subcontractors adhere to the highest standards.

We also work with outside consultants to provide our clients with financing of their projects and several regional LEED® products suppliers for Green Building products.
